Dr. Bryan Dominguez

Houston is recognized the world over for it’s amazing medical center, leading the way in health care and research. Dr. Bryan Dominguez has served greater Houston and the surrounding areas as a Chiropractor for over 16 years. As a Doctor of Chiropractic, he specializes in musculoskeletal injuries involving the spine and has worked alongside other talented health care professionals in multidisciplinary practices including orthopedic surgeons, occupational therapist, physical therapist, nutritionist, nurse practitioners, and other medical providers. Dr. Dominguez currently focuses on providing structured physical rehabilitation using specialized equipment such as Mechanical Spinal Decompression tables, Normatec Compression, and cutting edge technology such as Cryotherapy to reduce swelling and inflammation, decrease pain, accelerate muscle recovery time and boost performance in athletes.

Dr. Dominguez has been a clinic director, occupational medicine program manager, Doctor of Chiropractic, patient advocate, and teacher.

His experience includes managing clinics and staff, performing physical exams, treatments, chiropractic manipulations, consultations, patient education, and care. Case management involves determining and executing treatment and rehabilitation plans for patients involved in sports injuries, work-related injuries, personal injuries, as well as post-operative rehabilitation. He was responsible for determining and executing treatment and rehabilitation plans for post-operative patients from orthopedic surgeon Gregory Harvey, MD at Patients First Orthopedics from 2015 to 2017.

Dr. Dominguez has helped prepare the clinic/facility for CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accreditation. This accreditation assists service providers to improve the quality of their services and meet internationally recognized standards. Consumers, their families, and the public look for CARF accreditation as assurance that providers strive to offer the highest quality services. His resume includes being a program manager for CARF-accredited Work Hardening/Conditioning programs focused on returning injured employees back to work and has been responsible for the physical portion of Interdisciplinary Pain Management programs. He has been invited to lecture on a regular basis at Occupational Medicine Work Hardening/Chronic Pain programs. Dr. Dominguez is bilingual and involved in the community. He has been a regular guest on Spanish-speaking radio programs focused on health issues hosted by KHCB 105.7 FM. Dr. Dominguez graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and prior to becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic, he ran Physiology II labs at Texas Chiropractic College from 2002-2005 and served as a patient advocate for Houston Medical Imaging, coordinating the prompt and courteous completion of outpatient procedures while acting as an advocate on behalf of the patient’s rights and interests.
